When Will My Order Be Shipped?
Hi, I am Sal and I would like to assure you that we will ship all in stock items the same day that your order is received if you have placed your order before 12:00 PM EST. This is our policy and we take pride in it.
Please take note, 99% of what we sell is in stock at all times. If an item is  backordered, I will email you to let you know that there will be a delay in shipping your order.

Shipping Costs
For orders under $100 your shipping cost is $7.99. Shipping rates above $100 are approximately 6% up to $350. After $350 shipping charges do not increase. You can view your shopping cart to check the exact cost of shipping.

Foreign Orders
Personal Arms no longer ship to Foreign Countries

Shipping Second Day Air & Overnight
Shipping regulations require that pepper spray be shipped using ground transportation only. Please do not use  Next Day or Second Day Shipping if you are purchasing pepper spray.
