1.) Shop as if you were going to make your purchase
with a credit card online. Add the items that you would like to purchase into your
shopping cart by clicking the "ADD' button under the item(s) that you
would like to purchase.
When you are finished making your purchase click on the
'View Your Shopping Cart or Buy 'button.
4.). At this point your order form will be complete.
A copy of your
order will be sent to us and we will also email you a copy.
We will then box your order and have it all ready to go. Now all
you have to do is send us check or money order.
out 2 copies and keep one for yourself as a receipt. Put the other copy
in an envelope with your check, money order or credit card number
and expiration date.

Faxing in your order
If you are going to fax in your order, fax it with your credit card number
and exp. Date to 201-641-0710
You will be notified As soon as we receive your order you will be notified by email. Please feel free to
personally with any questions or concerns that you may have.
Your order will be all packed and ready to go.
2.) Fill out
the form in your shopping cart with your name, address, email address and
phone number. When you are finished click the 'Submit' button (Figure 2)
located at the bottom of the page.
3.) After clicking the 'Submit' button
you will be taken to the next page, it will
list all of the items that you would like to purchase and your name and
the shipping address. Now scroll
"Please Provide Payment
Method of payment
Find the above box. It will say 'Credit Card'
but you will want to change it to
"Mail or Fax Payment"
After you change it do not fill in any credit card information, but go to
directly to the bottom of the page and click on the 'Submit' button see (Figure 2).
Clicking on the Submit button will take
you to the "Thank you for your order" page see (Figure 3).
