If you have found a lower price somewhere else, on an item that we sell and you are considering buying it, simply email or fax us with the lower advertised price. Please make sure to include the exact URL address of the product with the lower price and we will meet or beat it. Email the information with your phone number to Nick or fax it to 201-641-0710 and we will call you to take your order. It is that simple.

After You Made Your Purchase

We will refund the difference back to you, plus an extra $5.00 per order for your trouble.
If for some reason we have not done our homework and you do find the same product that you have purchased from us, somewhere else at a lower price (within 10 days of making your purchase) we will refund the difference back to you, plus an extra $5.00 per order for your trouble.

Requesting a difference in price refund (Plus $5.00) is very simple
We will not make excuses and hassle you with silly questions. All we ask is that you tell us where you found the lower priced product, so that we can verify it. Simply email or fax us with the lower advertised price. Make sure to include your name, date of purchase, the exact URL address of the product and the lower price. After I check it out Cindy will credit your account back for the difference in the price plus $5. Email the information to me or fax it to 201-641-0710.

Please note that the $5 will only be paid to customers that have previously purchased the item in question.

Canceling an order after it has been submitted

You can cancel all or part of your order if you contact us prior to shipping. We ship all orders within  24 hours. Please email us as soon as possible if you decide to cancel your order.

Returning your order is easy

Hi, my name is Cindy and I am in charge of returns. Forming extremely loyal relationships with repeat customers is our number one priority. For that reason, we have developed an extremely liberal return policy. We will gladly refund or replace any product that you would like to return. You must make your return within 14 days. To assure that we receive your return, we require that you make your return with a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER and with tracking number that requires a signature.

If you are not satisfied please Send It Back to me. All I ask is that you first, email us to request a return  authorization number.  The purpose of an RA Number is to track the item that you are returning or exchanging. It Is not an approval process. We will REPLACE, EXCHANGE OR REFUND any self protection item you like, as long as it is returned within 14 days and it's in original condition with all original packaging and accessories.
 

To make your return as fast and simple as possible, please e-mail me with the following information and then I will email you back with a return authorization number

  1. Order number.

  2. The description and the item number of the item being returned.

  3. Your daytime phone number.

  4. The reason for the return. Please try to be descriptive. We would like to pass on the reason that you are returning the item in question to the manufacturer.

  5. Please indicate if you would like a replacement, exchange or refund.

Please make sure that you obtain the RA number. Personalarms.com will not be responsible for items that are returned without a return authorization or a tracking number.

Some orders are shipped directly to you from our distributor. In this case, we are charged restocking fee. If you return an item that was shipped to you directly from our distributor, your return may be
subject up to a 20% restocking fee. A 20% restocking fee may be also be charged for any delivery that is refused by the receiver or if UPS makes 3 attempts at delivery and the item(s) in question are returned to us.
